We are currently hiring Instructors for our spring season beginning April 16th and ending June 2nd.

RESPONSIBILITIES: KEEC Instructors teach & work M-F with small groups of students grades 4-6 in 4-night, 5-day intensive residential program focusing on human and non-human communities, lead field investigations & evening programs in natural science, local history, human impact, & land-use. Occasional dining hall jobs and bi-weekly overnight responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS: KEEC Instructors are college graduates who possess motivation & enthusiasm for teaching children about the wonders of the natural world while role-modeling living in a caring and functional community, background in natural history, sciences, and environmental education desired. Instructors must be 21 years of age and have a clean driving record. First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.

SALARY: $375/week, plus room & board. While not in cabins with students, staff sleep in simplistic wood cabins close to the lake. Surrounding area is a beautiful playground. Opportunities also available at our boys and girls summer camps.
